Order Processing

* All orders are processed within **1–2 business days** after payment confirmation.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
* For products with selected future delivery dates, orders will be shipped accordingly.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

* **Within Gujarat:** 3–6 business days after dispatch
* **Rest of India:** 4–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier service.

Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and product weight.
* Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
* You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

* If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.
* In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply or the order may be cancelled without full refund.

Packaging & Safety

* All products are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
* However, we request customers to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

👉 If the package appears damaged:

* Refuse delivery **or**
* Accept it with a “Damaged” remark and contact us immediately

Delivery Conditions

* Deliveries are typically made between **9:00 AM to 7:00 PM**, Monday to Saturday.
* Standard shipping orders are **not delivered on Sundays or public holidays**.
* However, **Same Day Delivery orders may be delivered on Sundays**, depending on availability and serviceability.
* Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport issues, or regional restrictions.

E-Gift / Digital Deliveries

* Digital products or e-gifts (if applicable) will be delivered via email, WhatsApp, or phone as per the product type.
