* For customized or handmade products, slight variations may occur compared to images or videos displayed. We strive to keep products as close as possible to the original representation.

* Product specifications such as size, weight, and color are approximate. Variations may occur due to manufacturing or display differences. In certain situations, we reserve the right to deliver a similar or alternate product of equal value.

* Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

Same Day Delivery (Pune)

* Same day delivery is available within **15 km radius of Undri, Pune**.

* Delivery time window: **6:00 PM to 11:00 PM** on the selected date.

* For locations beyond 15 km, customers must contact us at **9270091851** to confirm availability before placing the order.

* If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or the address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact them. However, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed in such cases.

* While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Orders will be completed at the earliest possible time.

Delivery & External Conditions

* Delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as government restrictions, natural events, or emergencies) may impact delivery timelines.

* In such situations, refunds or cancellations may not be applicable.

Use of Customer/Client Images

Images of clients shared by our partners/vendors may be used for marketing under the implied understanding that the clients have voluntarily allowed the photographs/videos to be taken. In case of objections, the images will be removed immediately.
